Every order is packed and shipped by our own team in Welland, Ontario. We strive to ship your order the same day, or the next business day when it's placed late in the day.

No shipping to pay
Delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm Eastern usually ship the same business day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.
Each carrier option at checkout shows its own transit time, so you know roughly when to expect your order before you pay.
Duties and customs
Our products are made and shipped from Ontario, so orders within Canada have no duties or customs to deal with.
Look for shipping options marked Duties included at checkout. They are a guaranteed delivered cost: the duties and taxes are paid in the price, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives.
Once your order ships, its tracking number is waiting in your account under My Orders.
We can't ship to USA PO Boxes at this time. Shipping to a Canadian PO Box? Please contact us before you order so we can arrange the right shipping for you, as PO Boxes can only be delivered to by the post office.
Items marked as backordered at checkout take a little longer to ship. We send them as soon as they are ready.
Carriers are busier and slower around holidays, especially from December 15 to January 5.
